I give my clients 110% effort to sell their home for the best price in the quickest possible time. In so doing, I pledge to:
* Return your phone calls as soon as possible when you call my cell (951-324-5053) during regular business hours (M – TH 9 AM to 6 PM, Fridays and weekends by appointment)
* Assist you in buying your new home, or help you find an exceptional agent to assist you in buying a home if you are relocating to another area
* Keep you informed of showings and feedback
* Market your home equally to all Realtors, not just those in my company
* Promptly enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service, put up a sign, install a lockbox, and take photos
* Present a plan for successfully marketing your home to sell in the least amount of time, for the most money, with the least inconvenience to you
* Negotiate the best deal for you while making sure that the buyer is qualified to buy your home
* Handle re-negotiations after inspections
* Follow-up on the buyer´s loan process to avert potential problems
* Accompany you to closing
* Follow through after closing, handling any related problems that may arise
I will work diligently for you. My time and expenses are only compensated if I make a sale, so I ask my clients to:
* Realize that a discounted commission results in discounted service. I only offer my best. I do not discount my service or my commission.
* Communication works two ways — call me with concerns, frustrations, problems, etc!
* If you are pleased with me, refer me to anyone you come in contact with who is interested in buying or selling property.
If at any time during our contractual relationship you are not happy with my services, and I cannot correct the problem, I will happily refer you to another agent or release you from your contract. GUARANTEED.
